1976 -1980: Engineer, KTA Corporation. Served as the performance testing engineer for a start-up solar collector company, with emphasis on measuring thermal efficiency and observing behavior during extreme environmental conditions.
1980 - 1986: Worked for several energy conservation consulting companies, specializing in mathematical modeling of energy use in residential and comercial buildings. Certified energy auditor in New Jersey.
1986 - present: Full time home inspection practice. Established Integrity Home Inspection Services, Inc. Attained membership in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) in 1990.
